Job Title: Immigration Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Immigration Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee and manage all aspects of the visa and immigration services, ensuring seamless operations and excellent client experiences. You will be responsible for interviewing clients, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and staying current with immigration laws to ensure complete compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end visa and immigration process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

• Conduct face-to-face and remote interviews with clients to assess their eligibility and application requirements.

• Verify all client-provided information, preparing and checking necessary legal documentation.

• Prepare comprehensive fee quotations and supply clients with relevant service information.

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Take full responsibility for immigration issues, ensuring compliance with evolving legislation.

• Keep clients regularly informed about the status of their applications and any potential delays.

Skills and Requirements:

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

• Preferably 3-5 years of professional experience as an Immigration Consultant, Travel Consultant, or a related role in the Travel & Tourism sector.

• Comprehensive knowledge of immigration laws, processes, and regulations.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage stressful situations.

• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Solid understanding of international travel laws and regulations.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Highly detail-oriented and research-focused.
