Fragomen, a global leader in immigration services, is seeking an Immigration Consultant to join its UAE Inbound team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing end-to-end immigration processes, providing strategic compliance advice, supporting corporate clients, and coordinating relocation services. The Consultant will act as a trusted advisor, handling high-volume casework, delivering client-focused solutions, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute high-volume UAE inbound immigration casework, including compliance and eligibility assessments.

• Provide tailored immigration and relocation services to corporate clients and assignees.

• Advise clients on immigration strategies, timelines, and requirements.

• Prepare destination services itineraries and support assignees with UAE relocation.

• Manage application status updates, documentation, and billing processes.

• Maintain client records and update Fragomen’s case management system.

• Identify and escalate potential issues impacting immigration approvals.

• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure exceptional service delivery.

• Research legislative and process changes, draft country processes, and update internal knowledge systems.

• Contribute to team collaboration and meet financial targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in immigration, relocation, or destination services.

• Bachelor’s degree (law, business, or related field preferred).

• Strong knowledge of UAE immigration processes and regulations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural awareness.

• Competency in drafting legal advice and compliance assessments.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) and case management tools.

• High discretion in handling sensitive information.
