Fragomen is hiring a dedicated Immigration Consultant to join its UAE Inbound team in Dubai Internet City. This full-time, hybrid role is ideal for professionals with strong knowledge of UAE immigration processes and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. You’ll manage high-volume casework, provide strategic immigration advice, and support clients through every step of their relocation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end UAE inbound immigration processes for corporate clients
• Conduct compliance assessments and guide clients through visa and work permit procedures
• Provide personalized destination services and relocation support
• Liaise with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth case progression
• Maintain accurate records in the firm’s case management system
• Monitor deadlines, anticipate issues, and escalate concerns when necessary
• Draft legal advice, compliance assessments, and process documentation
• Contribute to knowledge management and reporting metrics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of business immigration experience
• Strong knowledge of UAE visa categories and procedural requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Access is a plus
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information
