Fragomen is hiring a dedicated Immigration Consultant to join its UAE Inbound team in Dubai Internet City. This full-time, hybrid role is ideal for professionals with strong knowledge of UAE immigration processes and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. You’ll manage high-volume casework, provide strategic immigration advice, and support clients through every step of their relocation journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end UAE inbound immigration processes for corporate clients
- Conduct compliance assessments and guide clients through visa and work permit procedures
- Provide personalized destination services and relocation support
- Liaise with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth case progression
- Maintain accurate records in the firm’s case management system
- Monitor deadlines, anticipate issues, and escalate concerns when necessary
- Draft legal advice, compliance assessments, and process documentation
- Contribute to knowledge management and reporting metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of business immigration experience
- Strong knowledge of UAE visa categories and procedural requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Access is a plus
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information

- Experience drafting legal advice and compliance documentation
- Operational awareness and multitasking ability
- Cultural sensitivity and interpersonal effectiveness across diverse teams
- Understanding of UAE housing and relocation regulations
