AG Mena, one of the UAE’s premier multi-service firms, is hiring an experienced Immigration Consultant for its Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in citizenship and second residency programs, combined with a proven track record in sales and business development, particularly dealing with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
This role involves converting qualified leads into clients, promoting Caribbean and European immigration services, and developing business partnerships to drive revenue growth. A customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound leads for citizenship and residency programs (Caribbean and European regions)

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company revenue goals

Conduct meetings with potential clients, introducers, and partners

Convert new business leads through consultative selling

Advise clients on the most suitable citizenship or residency options based on their needs
Experience & Requirements:
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales or business development in the second citizenship/residency industry

Dubai-based with demonstrated ability to engage HNWIs
-
Background in investment advisory, private banking, or wealth management is preferred

Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage

Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
