Role Overview:

We are seeking passionate and motivated Foundation Stage Teacher Assistants to support our Early Years primary department. Candidates must already be resident in Dubai. This role involves assisting teachers in delivering a nurturing learning environment that encourages discovery, creativity, and growth for every child.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers to create a supportive and effective learning environment.

• Prepare and maintain educational resources and equipment.

• Assist in implementing teaching programmes, adapting activities to student needs.

• Encourage student participation and engagement in learning activities.

• Establish positive relationships with children and act as a role model.

• Promote children’s independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion.

• Provide clerical and administrative support to teachers.

Requirements:

• Resident in Dubai (only local candidates considered).

• Minimum education: High School diploma with proficiency in English and Mathematics or a degree.

• Preferably experience with the Early Years Foundation Stage or National Curriculum for England, UK or international settings.

• Strong motivation and ability to inspire and support children’s learning.
