Job Overview:

Amazon is hiring an ICQA Researcher who will play a key role in supervising daily warehouse operations, focusing on Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA). The role requires managing performance, safety, and operational excellence in either Inbound or Outbound Fulfillment Center (FC) operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations within Inbound/Outbound departments

• Monitor departmental productivity, performance metrics, and safety compliance

• Plan training, identify resourcing needs, and manage team performance

• Drive continuous improvement using data insights and reporting tools

• Maintain accurate documentation of safety incidents and operational logs

• Ensure adherence to Amazon policies, operational standards, and compliance

• Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and proactive problem-solving

• Lead coaching sessions, provide feedback, and support development of team members

• Manage shift transitions and assist in establishing strategic operational plans

• Handle other responsibilities as needed, including extended hours and rotating shifts

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required

• Capable of frequent bending, squatting, and reaching

• Experience working with warehouse systems like WMS (e.g., HighJump)
