Job Overview

Amazon is seeking an ICQA Researcher to join its Inventory Control & Quality Assurance (ICQA) team in Dubai. The successful candidate will work closely with the Inbound and Inventory Operations teams, providing critical data support for process improvement initiatives, root cause investigations, and systems implementations like FIFO and inventory controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data collection systems and processes

• Ensure 100% data integrity and zero-error output

• Design queries, compile reports, and present insights using MS Excel and MS Access

• Create charts and graphs to support reporting and visual analysis

• Conduct root cause analysis of defect trends

• Perform data entry, mining, and problem-solving tasks

• Collaborate with operations teams to support system and procedural changes

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, etc.)

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Proficiency in data analysis and SQL

Preferred Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

• Initiative in developing new tools and data systems

• Strong problem-solving and independent working skills

• Effective communication with all levels of the organization

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL
