BEEAH Group, a leader in sustainability and digital transformation, is looking for an experienced Hydraulic Technician to join its team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hydraulic maintenance, especially in heavy-duty vehicles and equipment. This full-time, on-site role involves conducting preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks, troubleshooting hydraulic faults, and providing roadside assistance when necessary.

As part of BEEAH’s mission to deliver smart, sustainable solutions across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt, this role plays a crucial part in ensuring the operational efficiency of the organization’s vehicle fleet and waste management machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of hydraulic systems on heavy-duty vehicles and equipment (e.g., side-loading compactors, bin washers).

• Diagnose hydraulic faults using professional diagnostic tools and ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards.

• Respond promptly to hydraulic-related breakdowns to minimize operational downtime.

• Assist in mechanical installations and support the workshop team in resolving equipment-related issues.

• Maintain detailed service logs and adhere to internal documentation and HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) procedures.

• Ensure timely completion of tasks and proper handling of tools and company assets.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a fleet workshop environment, with a focus on hydraulic maintenance for heavy-duty vehicles.

• Diploma in Automotive, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering; a high school diploma with technical training may be considered.

• Extensive knowledge of truck-mounted hydraulic systems and components.

• Previous experience with side loader compactors and bin washers is highly desirable.

• Valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory.

• Strong command of English (verbal and written).

• Demonstrated organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills.
