CDHORIZON Middle East is seeking a Human Resources Supervisor to oversee recruitment, compensation, compliance, and HR initiatives. The role requires expertise in talent acquisition, payroll processing, labor law compliance, and HR project management. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with experience in UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

Oversee payroll processing and conduct salary data analysis for workforce efficiency.

Ensure HR policies and processes align with UAE labor laws and regulations.

Support employee training, corporate culture initiatives, and HR project execution.

Maintain and optimize HR procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Perform additional HR-related tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

3+ years of HR experience, with expertise in recruitment, payroll, and performance management.

Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR regulations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management tools.

Strong problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and adaptability under pressure.
