Role Overview:

We are hiring a Human Resources Specialist to drive recruitment, training, onboarding, and policy development. This role balances strategic HR planning with hands-on execution to support our fast-paced growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (posting, screening, offers, onboarding)

• Conduct HR interviews and screening calls

• Build and maintain a pipeline of passive talent

• Prepare internal candidate profiles and summaries

• Draft employment contracts and manage regulatory compliance (e.g., social security)

• Design and implement training programs

• Support employee performance tracking and KPI development

• Continuously improve recruitment/onboarding workflows

• Bonus: Sales experience is an advantage

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline

• 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a high-growth environment

• Strong background in recruiting and talent acquisition strategy

• Experience in designing and delivering training programs

• Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills
