Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Specialist to support the HR function in recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and HRIS management. This role works closely with HR Business Partners and line managers, and is critical to enhancing the employee experience and HR operations at Fine Hygienic Holding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and coordination with hiring managers.

• Maintain and organize a proactive talent pool using platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.

• Support the execution of employee engagement and wellness programs in line with the HR calendar.

• Provide accurate and timely administrative support including documentation and reporting to HR Business Partners.

• Assist in drafting and maintaining updated job descriptions in collaboration with line managers and HRBPs.

• Use Oracle HCM to update, manage, and maintain employee data and records efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

• Certificate in HR (preferred but not mandatory).

• 3–4 years of experience in an HR generalist or coordinator role, ideally within the FMCG industry.

• Proficiency in Oracle HCM or similar HRIS systems.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent written and spoken English.
