Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize digital and traditional methods to organize and maintain workforce information as per organizational needs.

• Lead and manage all aspects of recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

• Review existing Learning and Development (L&D) sessions and implement necessary improvements for effectiveness.

• Gather and analyze workforce feedback to align HR initiatives with the company’s short- and long-term goals.
