Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, and new hire onboarding.
🔹 Employee Relations & Engagement: Address employee inquiries, resolve workplace concerns, and support engagement initiatives.
🔹 Benefits & Compensation: Assist employees with benefits enrollment and support payroll processing.
🔹 Compliance & Record-Keeping: Maintain HR records, assist in audits, and ensure compliance with legal and internal policies.
🔹 Training & Development: Coordinate training programs, track participation, and assist in performance management.
🔹 HR Policies & Procedures: Help update and communicate HR policies, handbooks, and ensure consistent policy application.
Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
✔ Experience: 0-2 years in HR roles (generalist, recruiting, or administrative).
✔ Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills.
