Baba Roma, a rising star in Dubai’s patisserie and café scene, is looking to hire an experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to join their Human Resources team. This full-time, on-site position is key to building the brand’s talent pipeline across multiple outlets and a central kitchen. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience within the hospitality or F&B industry and bring a people-first approach to talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for kitchen, service, and support staff

Coordinate closely with department heads to identify hiring needs

Write engaging job postings and lead recruitment campaigns

Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and maintain candidate records

Source talent proactively through networking and recruitment platforms

Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all new employees

Maintain recruitment tracking systems and generate reports as needed
Job Requirements:
-
3–5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in hospitality or F&B
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools

Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook)

Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude

Fluency in English; knowledge of Russian or other European languages is a plus
