An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced HR Operations Coordinator in Dubai. The successful candidate will be part of the HR Shared Services team, focusing on providing HR transactional support for Middle East and Asia operations. This role will involve managing employee lifecycle data, assisting with compensation requests, and supporting the Payroll team and HR Business Partners in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Data Management:

  • Maintain HR system (Dynamics 365) for accurate processing of employee data (joiners, role changes, leavers, etc.).

  • Manage employee lifecycle documentation including employment contracts, offer letters, and variation letters.

  • Support onboarding and new starter processes, including paperwork and references.

• Transactional Support:

  • Handle HR queries and action them within agreed SLA timelines.

  • Process compensation change requests (both variable and fixed).

  • Collaborate with Payroll and HR Business Partners on HR operations.

• Project Support:

  • Contribute to key project deliverables impacting HR Shared Services functions.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR Administration, including processing employee data and lifecycle transactional activities.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing tasks.

• Ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment and maintain confidentiality.

• Knowledge of HR and Employment Law (preferred).

• Resilient and adaptable with a desire to learn and drive continuous improvement.
