Human Resources Officer – July 2025 Start


GEMS Education is seeking a Human Resources Officer to support staffing processes in a new school setting. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations management. The HR Officer will report directly to the Principal/CEO and functionally to the Corporate Office, HR Business Partner.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding for school-based positions.
- Liaise with corporate HR for teacher recruitment and administrative tasks.
- Oversee employment contracts and compliance with UAE Labour Law.
- Conduct new hire inductions and process onboarding documentation.
- Maintain employee records and ensure policy compliance.
- Provide HR operations support, including benefits administration.
- Handle employee relations, advising on UAE Labour Law regulations.
- Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation.
Skills Required:
- 2–3 years of HR generalist experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a multi-cultural environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and management systems.
