Abu Alnaga Contracting LLC is seeking a Human Resources Officer to join its team in Dubai. The role involves managing HR functions, employee relations, and policy development to ensure smooth operations and compliance with UAE labor laws. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR management activities.

• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals and UAE labor laws.

• Manage employee relations and provide guidance to staff and management.

• Create and update job descriptions for various roles.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff performance management.

• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven HR management and employee relations experience.

• Strong expertise in developing and implementing HR policies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (mandatory).

• HR certification is an added advantage.
