Grand Hyatt Dubai is seeking a Human Resources Officer to assist with the efficient running of the department, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners. This role involves supporting the smooth operation of the Personnel Department in the Human Resources Division and assisting the Human Resources Manager in implementing Hyatt’s People Philosophy throughout the hotel.
Responsibilities include:

Supporting daily HR operations

Assisting in the implementation of Hyatt’s HR policies and procedures

Ensuring a positive work environment for employees

Handling employee relations and guest services

Collaborating with management to meet HR objectives
Skills Required: -
University degree or diploma in HRM/HRD, Hospitality, or Tourism Management

Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Assistant or Coordinator in a large operation

Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
