Grandiose is looking for a Human Resources Officer to support HR operations in its supermarket and F&B divisions. The role involves handling employee relations, payroll processing, HR projects, and compliance with labor laws to ensure smooth HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the HR Business Partner (HRBP) in executing and improving HR processes.

Support the implementation of HR projects within the company.

Generate and analyze HR reports for organizational improvement.
-
Address employee requests and transactions in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
-
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in collaboration with HRBP.
-
Manage position creation and recruitment requisition forms (RRF) in the HR system.
-
Ensure availability of uniforms, name tags, and reporting managers for new hires.
-
Oversee employee separation processes, ensuring compliance with termination and resignation guidelines.

Update and maintain payroll records, ensuring the removal of departing employees and necessary changes.
-
Monitor and manage probationary period confirmations and non-confirmations.

Analyze HR data to provide solutions for performance-related issues.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Management.
-
3-4 years of experience in an HR executive or coordinator role.
-
Strong MS Office and reporting skills.
-
Retail industry experience is a plus.
-
Arabic language skills are an advantage.
