Grandiose is seeking a Human Resources Officer to support HR operations across its supermarket and F&B divisions. The ideal candidate will assist in HR processes, employee relations, payroll management, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves data analysis, employee engagement, and HR project support.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the HR Business Partner (HRBP) in implementing and improving HR processes.

Support the execution of HR projects and initiatives within the company.

Prepare HR-related reports and analyze HR data for organizational improvements.

Handle employee requests, grievances, and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws.

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring all necessary processes are completed.

Ensure accurate payroll updates, including employee separations, terminations, and resignations.

Track and manage probation confirmations and non-confirmations.

Maintain proper employee documentation, including uniforms, name tags, and reporting structures.

Provide insights and solutions for performance-related issues.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Management.

3-4 years of experience in an HR executive or coordinator role.
-
Strong MS Office and reporting skills.
-
Retail industry experience is a plus.
-
Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
