We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead key HR functions, including policy enhancement, talent acquisition, employee performance, and workforce development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing HR processes, promoting a healthy work culture, and aligning resources with business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of HR compliance, communication, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Revise and implement HR policies to foster a positive and productive workplace culture

• Optimize budget utilization, resource allocation, and internal expenditure to boost operational efficiency

• Manage recruitment processes across departments to attract top talent

• Organize and analyze employee data using both online and offline systems

• Oversee Learning & Development (L&D) sessions, evaluating current modules and introducing improvements

• Administer performance management and KPI review systems to ensure continuous employee development

• Address workforce concerns and resolve internal conflicts with professionalism and neutrality
