Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and drive all aspects of HR operations within our organization, ensuring alignment between HR strategies and business objectives. This critical role involves developing and implementing HR initiatives, managing recruitment, employee relations, benefits, payroll, compliance, and performance appraisals. As an HR leader, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies in line with MHRSD regulations, local labor laws, and business objectives.

  • Advise executives and directors on updates related to MHRSD and local labor law changes, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Maintain regular communication with leadership regarding key MHRSD developments and labor law changes, providing expert guidance and insights.

  • Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and work towards effective resolution of issues.

  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth integration of new employees.

  • Foster a positive work environment and drive initiatives for employee engagement and satisfaction.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR systems, policies, and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency.

  • Manage performance appraisals, compensation, and benefits, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.

  • Identify training needs and design development programs that align with business objectives and employee growth.

  • Ensure legal compliance and provide HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in the construction industry, with a deep understanding of its complexities and HR needs.

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and methodologies.

  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi/Dubai Labor Law and MHRSD regulations.

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in the construction industry, with previous experience in a similar HR leadership role preferred.

  • Outstanding communication and writing skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and policies to various audiences effectively.
