Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly capable and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for our Dubai-based team. This role is essential for aligning talent strategy with business growth, managing key HR functions, and fostering a performance-driven, multicultural workplace. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of UAE labor laws and a strong background in talent acquisition, development, and retention within a multinational context.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee human resource planning for the Dubai region, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.

Develop and implement organizational structures and workforce allocation plans based on business needs.

Lead recruitment efforts for key positions, building a core team to support regional growth.

Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.

Build and execute a talent development framework, including training programs and succession planning.

Establish and maintain a performance management system to support goal achievement and employee engagement.

Develop HR policies and procedures that align with both corporate standards and UAE labor laws.

Monitor the implementation of HR systems to ensure compliance, effectiveness, and consistency.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in Dubai.

Experience working in multinational organizations is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and local HR best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with cross-cultural awareness and adaptability.
