Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly capable and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for our Dubai-based team. This role is essential for aligning talent strategy with business growth, managing key HR functions, and fostering a performance-driven, multicultural workplace. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of UAE labor laws and a strong background in talent acquisition, development, and retention within a multinational context.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee human resource planning for the Dubai region, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.

  • Develop and implement organizational structures and workforce allocation plans based on business needs.

  • Lead recruitment efforts for key positions, building a core team to support regional growth.

  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.

  • Build and execute a talent development framework, including training programs and succession planning.

  • Establish and maintain a performance management system to support goal achievement and employee engagement.

  • Develop HR policies and procedures that align with both corporate standards and UAE labor laws.

  • Monitor the implementation of HR systems to ensure compliance, effectiveness, and consistency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in Dubai.

  • Experience working in multinational organizations is highly preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and local HR best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with cross-cultural awareness and adaptability.

  • Proven ability to solve problems independently and operate in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
