This internship provides hands-on HR experience across talent acquisition and engagement, offering a comprehensive foundation in hotel HR operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (60%)

Source and screen candidates using various channels including job boards and social media.

Review resumes, coordinate interviews, and provide candidate feedback.

Conduct reference and background checks.

Post job openings and update internal recruitment databases.

Assist in onboarding processes and maintain recruitment documentation.
Talent Engagement (40%)

Lead monthly employee wellness and engagement events such as birthday celebrations and recognition rallies.

Organize “Take Care” initiatives and champion meetings.

Promote internal activities through Marriott platforms and social media.

Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Skills Required:

Qualifications:
