SAS, a global leader in data and AI solutions, is offering a Human Resources Internship at its hybrid Dubai office. This full-time internship runs from May 5th to December 31st, with the possibility of extension. Ideal for fresh graduates or master’s students, this role offers hands-on experience in HR operations, systems, and strategy within a dynamic, international work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform HR data entry and transactions (hires, salary changes, transfers, terminations).

Maintain accurate, confidential employee records in HRIS systems.

Prepare contracts, visa letters, and other HR documentation.

Collaborate with finance on purchase orders and HR-related financial tasks.

Generate HR metrics and reports using tools like Workday and Excel.

Respond to HR-related queries and escalate issues as necessary.

Support various HR projects and provide administrative assistance.

Act as liaison between HR and other departments.
Required Qualifications:

Fresh graduate or currently enrolled in a master’s program.

Academic background in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
