Fractal Systems – UAE is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join their team for a 6-month full-time internship at Dubai Production City. The intern will gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance while supporting the HR department with various administrative and operational tasks. A stipend of AED 1,500 per month along with company accommodation will be provided. A full-time role may be offered upon successful completion of the internship.
Key Responsibilities:
📌 HR Administration & Employee Records:

Maintain and update employee records in HR systems like BAYZAT.

Assist in preparing offer letters, contracts, salary certificates, and memos.

Ensure HR compliance by keeping employee files complete and updated.
📌 Recruitment & Onboarding:

Assist in job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Support new hire onboarding, including document collection and induction coordination.

Help maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
📌 Employee Relations & Engagement:

Organize HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and training sessions.

Track employee attendance, leave requests, and performance evaluations.

Provide first-line support for employee inquiries.
📌 Front Desk & Hospitality Support (As Needed):

Cover front desk duties when the receptionist is unavailable.

Manage calls, visitors, and meeting room bookings.

Assist in hospitality services for visitors and leadership.
Who You Are:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (completed or pursuing).
✔ Passionate about HR and eager to gain hands-on experience.
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills.
✔ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
✔ Valid UAE residence visa and Emirates ID are mandatory.
✔ Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
