Internship Overview

We’re seeking a UAE National Human Resources Intern to join our team in Dubai for the Summer 2025 Internship Program. This internship is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and global HR environment, supporting areas such as talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, compensation, and inclusion.

What You’ll Do

• Support the regional and global HR teams on strategic and operational initiatives

• Assist with the development and delivery of HR services, including onboarding, benefits, and talent development

• Manage and support HR projects aligned with regional priorities

• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to support HR-related queries

• Analyze HR metrics and trends to contribute to data-driven decisions

• Provide administrative and strategic support across HR functions

Basic Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)

• Must be a UAE National with current legal authorization to work in the UAE

• A strong interest in aerospace and the HR profession

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
