We are currently hiring for a well-established client in the luxury retail sector, seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Executive fluent in Arabic to support key HR operations across the Middle East.


Job Overview:

As a Human Resources Executive, you will play a pivotal role in executing core HR functions, offering administrative support to senior HR leadership, and contributing to critical business processes and strategic projects. This position demands professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization, including frequent interactions with C-suite executives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of HR and HR leadership.

  • Organize calendars, coordinate meetings, and manage departmental communications.

  • Support department-wide activities, events, and budgeting processes.

  • Collaborate with Retail Management to align HR strategies with business objectives.

  • Prepare and edit HR presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other key documents.

  • Manage sensitive correspondence with discretion, confidentiality, and diplomacy.

  • Conduct regular meetings with associates and managers to communicate HR policies and maintain engagement.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance department efficiency.

  • Assist with vendor management and invoice processing.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.

  • Language: Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and verbal).

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    • Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, and Adobe Pro.

    • Experience using digital collaboration tools and virtual conferencing platforms.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    • High attention to detail and organizational abilities.

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively with minimal supervision.

    • Demonstrated integrity and confidentiality in handling HR matters.
