ACCEL Human Resource Consultants is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive with hands-on experience managing end-to-end HR functions in the UAE retail sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and PRO coordination, ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws and internal HR policies. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities to support a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new employees for both retail and head office roles.

  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and complete onboarding documentation.

  • Conduct HR inductions and ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.

HR Operations & Employee Relations:

  • Maintain accurate employee records, databases, and HR documentation.

  • Manage attendance tracking, leave records, and disciplinary actions.

  • Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and internal procedures.

  • Coordinate internal HR communications, circulars, and memos.

Payroll & Administration:

  • Collect and verify monthly attendance and overtime reports.

  • Prepare payroll data for Finance and ensure timely and accurate salary processing.

PRO & Compliance:

  • Coordinate with the PRO for visa processing, renewals, and cancellations.

  • Ensure full compliance with UAE labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

Exit Formalities:

  • Handle employee offboarding, including clearance, final settlements, and exit interviews.

  • Manage visa cancellations and documentation for departing employees.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.

  • Minimum 3+ years of HR experience in the UAE retail industry (mandatory).

  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance.

  • Proven experience managing recruitment, payroll, and PRO coordination.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software such as Peoplestrong (or similar).

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
