RIKAS Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team in Dubai. This role will support daily HR operations and play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
-
Assist with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for open positions.

Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.

Support in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements.

Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees.

HR Operations & Administration:
-
Maintain and update employee records (HRIS and personnel files).
-
Prepare HR-related documents like employment contracts, letters, and certificates.
-
Ensure accurate and timely processing of leave applications, attendance records, and other employee data.

Assist with payroll input and monthly reporting.

Employee Engagement & Relations:
-
Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.

Assist in addressing employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.

Help in managing employee grievance processes and maintaining a positive work environment.

Compliance & Reporting:
-
Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws.
-
Assist in preparing reports related to headcount, turnover, and other HR metrics.

Support in internal audits and HR documentation reviews.

Skills Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a similar HR role.

Strong understanding of HR functions and UAE labor law (or relevant local laws if outside UAE).

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
