Job Title: Human Resources Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Executive to join our healthcare team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily HR operations and ensuring compliance with JCIA standards and hospital protocols. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a keen eye for organization, and a commitment to maintaining a professional and efficient HR environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and organize employee records and files in line with JCIA standards.

Distribute updated evaluation forms and job descriptions for new hires, current employees, and outsourced staff.

Manage the distribution of privileging documents for newly joined and CBD doctors, and track expiration dates for updates.

Scan and archive resigned employee files for record-keeping.

Handle internal communication and circulation of emails, memos, and official documents.

Order and manage office supplies according to departmental needs.

Welcome and assist visitors and walk-ins professionally.

Coordinate medical testing and Twajeeh training arrangements for employees.

Respond to employee inquiries and NMC Connect queries efficiently.

Support JCIA documentation requirements for Nursing staff files.

Assist in the payroll process, especially non-WPS salaries for new employees.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Ensure full adherence to JCIA standards and hospital policies at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent qualification).

1–2 years of experience in general administration; HR experience preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiar with Windows OS.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.

Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR practices in the UAE.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Must maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion.
