Role Overview:

Aedas is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the management and HR operations within the Dubai office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, training coordination, and HR administration, ensuring seamless HR processes and compliance with company policies. This role requires an organized, proactive, and people-oriented professional who can multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing:

  • Support management in developing teams by recruiting for open positions.

  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms efficiently.

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure a smooth hiring experience.

  • Send job offer letters and respond to compensation and benefits inquiries.

Employee Development & Training:

  • Organize staff orientations, workshops, and training sessions.

  • Assist in performance evaluations and skills development initiatives.

  • Support supervisors and employees in professional growth and performance improvement.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee personnel files accurately.

  • Monitor staff performance, attendance, and leave records.

  • Handle daily HR requests and coordinate with the PRO for visa and government-related processes.

  • Prepare HR-related reports and analyses for management and audits.

Operational Support:

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.

  • Respond to employee queries on HR policies and procedures.

  • Perform additional administrative and HR duties as assigned by management.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years of HR operational experience, preferably in a multinational environment.

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.

  • Mature, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

  • Knowledge of KSA labor law, HR practices, and visa/PRO processes is an added advantage.

  • Immediate availability preferred.
