Role Overview:
Aedas is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the management and HR operations within the Dubai office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, training coordination, and HR administration, ensuring seamless HR processes and compliance with company policies. This role requires an organized, proactive, and people-oriented professional who can multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:

Support management in developing teams by recruiting for open positions.

Screen incoming resumes and application forms efficiently.

Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Send job offer letters and respond to compensation and benefits inquiries.
Employee Development & Training:

Organize staff orientations, workshops, and training sessions.

Assist in performance evaluations and skills development initiatives.

Support supervisors and employees in professional growth and performance improvement.
HR Administration:

Maintain and update employee personnel files accurately.
-
Monitor staff performance, attendance, and leave records.
-
Handle daily HR requests and coordinate with the PRO for visa and government-related processes.

Prepare HR-related reports and analyses for management and audits.
Operational Support:

Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.
-
Respond to employee queries on HR policies and procedures.

Perform additional administrative and HR duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of HR operational experience, preferably in a multinational environment.

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office applications.

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.

Mature, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Knowledge of KSA labor law, HR practices, and visa/PRO processes is an added advantage.

Immediate availability preferred.
