Omorfia Group is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator to support end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, and legal compliance. This is a full-time on-site role in Dubai, ideal for professionals with solid knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage job postings on platforms like Bayt, GulfTalent, and LinkedIn UAE

Coordinate interviews, visa processing, and MOHRE-compliant contracts
-
Oversee onboarding and Emiratisation processes, including labor card and insurance registration
HR Administration & Compliance:
-
Maintain WPS-compliant HRIS records
-
Support payroll with focus on gratuity, leave balances, and other entitlements
-
Ensure timely renewal of visas, labor cards, and Emirates IDs
-
Monitor compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Employee Relations & Benefits:
-
Act as liaison between employees and PRO for government-related matters
-
Administer benefits (housing, airfare, medical) per UAE standards
-
Contribute to employee engagement in a multicultural environment
Policy & Documentation:
-
Assist in developing/updating HR policies aligned with UAE labor law

Prepare required reports for management and authorities
-
Support disciplinary procedures and grievance handling as per legal guidelines
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience: 2+ years in UAE/GCC-based HR roles

Technical:

Knowledge of MOHRE, Tasheel, and WPS systems

Proficiency in HR software (Bayzat, SAP HR, Oracle HCM)

Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic a plus)

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment
Preferred Qualifications:

Professional HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM)

Experience with Emiratisation initiatives

Familiarity with UAE-compliant payroll processes
