TASC Outsourcing is looking for a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle. This role will ensure alignment of HR processes with global standards, manage recruitment operations, and ensure compliance with local labor laws. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of HR experience, with at least 10 years in leadership roles, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial product sectors.
Responsibilities:

HR Execution: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll, performance management, offboarding, and documentation.

Process Alignment: Harmonize people operations processes across countries to ensure alignment with global standards.

Data & Compliance: Ensure HR data integrity, compliance with reporting, and adherence to legal requirements.

Recruitment: Lead recruitment operations, workforce planning, and proactive talent sourcing.

Talent & Branding: Support talent development initiatives and drive employer branding efforts.

Analytics: Utilize HR metrics to optimize operations and provide actionable business insights.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with COEs, senior leaders, and external vendors to ensure smooth HR delivery.

Vendor Oversight: Ensure external partners meet contractual obligations and maintain service quality.
Skills & Qualifications:
Essential:

Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (HR certification preferred).

15+ years of HR experience, with 10+ years in leadership positions.

In-depth knowledge of GCC labor laws and regional HR practices.

Proven success in a multi-country environment and shared services setup.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Proficiency in HRIS (preferably SAP SuccessFactors), MS Office, and recruitment tools.
Mandatory: Experience in the manufacturing/industrial product sector.
