A Confidential employer is seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Business Partner to support core HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance activities. This role requires a hands-on professional with experience across onboarding, employee relations, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate will partner closely with leadership to promote a positive workplace culture and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Research employee engagement and retention trends; propose actionable improvement strategies

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and mitigate HR-related risks in daily operations

Support leadership in resolving internal conflicts and promoting a collaborative environment

Define and uphold company ethics, values, and organizational culture

Oversee employee onboarding, immigration, benefits, and tax documentation

Provide HR support for both employees and managers, including training and development initiatives
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field

Master’s degree or MBA in HR/Industrial Psychology preferred
Experience:
-
2–3 years of experience in HR, ideally in a generalist or business partner role

Proven experience onboarding staff and managing a range of HR administrative functions
Skills:

Excellent communication, organization, and conflict resolution abilities

Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with employees and managers at all levels

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
