Job Description
Weatherford is seeking an early-career Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support UAE Operations and drive forward-thinking HR solutions. The HRBP will engage deeply with the business, visit field locations regularly, and partner with internal stakeholders to implement core HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

Execute and track employee changes using HR systems; coordinate with HR CoE teams

Support onboarding and ensure an exceptional new-hire experience

Maintain data accuracy in HRMS and generate insightful reports and analysis

Assist with global mobility, performance management, and compliance investigations

Partner with leaders on workforce planning, succession, and talent acquisition

Deliver HR metrics to influence decision-making

Advise employees on HR matters and resolve complex employee relations cases

Champion employee engagement, team morale, and inclusive culture initiatives

Ensure HR policies are compliant and well-communicated

Stay current with labor laws, minimizing compliance risks
Required Skills

Strategic thinking and business acumen

Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills

Solid knowledge of HR best practices and employment law

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with HRIS

Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Emotional intelligence and a continuous improvement mindset
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or Business Administration

1–5 years of relevant HR experience
