The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with the senior leadership team and business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals. The role focuses on developing and executing HR strategies that support talent management, employee engagement, performance management, compensation, and organizational development within the assigned countries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business and Strategy Alignment

Partner with business leaders to define HR strategies that support organizational goals and structure.

Drive change management related to organizational structure and people processes.

Design people development strategies to create a high-performing organization.
2. Talent Attraction and Retention
-
Forecast and plan workforce and talent pipeline requirements in alignment with business strategies.

Oversee the full recruitment process and ensure the right talent is hired.

Develop retention programs based on exit interview analysis and HR metrics.
3. Talent Development
-
Lead subsidiary-level talent review and development processes.

Design and execute training and development programs based on business needs.

Support employee development through alignment with business requirements and personal growth plans.
4. Compensation and Benefits
-
Review and design compensation strategies and reward schemes to drive business performance.

Advise on market trends and adapt compensation packages accordingly.

Participate in compensation benchmarking and market surveys to ensure competitive packages.
5. High-Performance Organization
-
Drive a performance culture that aligns with business goals.

Coach leaders on managing high-performance teams and conducting regular performance evaluations.
6. Culture & Engagement
-
Lead corporate culture change and improvement initiatives.

Analyze employee engagement and implement feedback mechanisms to enhance the employee experience.
7. HR Services and Administration
-
Manage HR services for employees and leaders, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.

Experience with Global ERP systems and HRIS.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
8-12 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 4 years as an HR Business Partner in the UAE.

HRBP experience at a Tier-1 global tech, consulting, engineering, or electronics company.

Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

Strong experience in compensation and benefits, talent management, and organizational development.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Fluency in English (written and verbal).
-
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and build relationships.
