IMI, a global media group headquartered in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide strategic HR support to business leaders. The HRBP will collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with organizational goals, offering guidance on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and performance management. Key responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, change management, and succession planning. The HRBP will also play a key role in promoting a high-performance culture, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and supporting organizational growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a business partner or strategic HR role
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational development
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficient in HR metrics and using data to guide decision-making
• Proven ability to influence and coach employees and managers at various levels
• Fluent in English and a native Arabic speaker

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.
