Human Resources Assistant – Urban Bricks

Urban Bricks, a dynamic British-run real estate start-up in Dubai, is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support daily HR operations and help scale a motivated, compliant, and high-energy workforce. The role is ideal for candidates with HR experience in Dubai’s real estate sector, a proactive mindset, and a passion for fostering company culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and RERA requirements.

  • Support payroll preparation and benefits administration.

  • Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.

  • Prepare HR reports and provide general administrative support to the HR Manager/Founder.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and workplace culture initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven HR experience in a Dubai real estate company (brokerage or developer).

  • Strong understanding of UAE labor law, visas, and HR best practices.

  • Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.

  • High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., Greyt HR).
