Urban Bricks, a dynamic British-run real estate start-up in Dubai, is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support daily HR operations and help scale a motivated, compliant, and high-energy workforce. The role is ideal for candidates with HR experience in Dubai’s real estate sector, a proactive mindset, and a passion for fostering company culture.
Responsibilities:

Maintain employee records, HR databases, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and RERA requirements.

Support payroll preparation and benefits administration.

Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.

Prepare HR reports and provide general administrative support to the HR Manager/Founder.

Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and workplace culture initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications:

Proven HR experience in a Dubai real estate company (brokerage or developer).

Strong understanding of UAE labor law, visas, and HR best practices.

Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.

High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., Greyt HR).
