The Human Resources Assistant at Retail Group will provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This full-time role includes assisting with recruitment, managing employee records, handling HR documents, and supporting daily HR tasks. Fluency in Hindi is required.
Key Responsibilities:

Job Advertisement Management: Post job ads on various platforms like job boards and social media

Candidate Screening & Interview Coordination: Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates and hiring managers

Onboarding & Offboarding: Organize onboarding for new employees and offboarding for exiting employees, including interviews and paperwork

Employee Records Maintenance: Ensure accurate employee records in the HR system

HR Documentation: Draft employment contracts, offer letters, termination paperwork, and other documents

Payroll Support: Assist with payroll by gathering attendance and leave data

Employee Queries: Address employee queries related to benefits, payroll, and policies

Policy Updates: Assist in updating HR policies to reflect legal requirements

Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and events

Internal Communication: Support internal communication through newsletters and announcements
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Additional Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
