Rapiscan Systems, a global leader in detection technology, is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join its UAE team. The role is central to supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws, and delivering a smooth employee experience. Additionally, the position provides administrative support across MEA markets, contributing to a collaborative and efficient regional HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, leave, and attendance.

• Draft and issue HR documents (employment confirmations, salary certificates, NOCs, visa letters).

• Coordinate new hire onboarding, induction, and office/IT setup.

• Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring timely support.

• Manage visa applications, renewals, and cancellations with the PRO.

• Handle employee medical insurance processes and inquiries.

• Collaborate with finance for accurate payroll processing and distribute payslips.

• Process HR invoices, ensuring correct approvals and follow-up.

• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal HR policies.

• Provide HR administrative support for other MEA markets, including payroll and insurance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 5+ years of HR administration experience in the UAE; MEA regional experience is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law; familiarity with MEA HR practices advantageous.

• Experience with PRO services and government portals for visa processing.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); HRIS experience is an advantage.

• Highly organized with strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.

• Professional, discreet, and able to handle sensitive information.
