Job Summary:
The HSE Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies and programs. This on-site, full-time role demands proactive risk assessment, employee training, compliance with HSE regulations, and fostering a strong safety culture across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and regularly update HSE policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures to minimize hazards.

• Organize HSE training programs to enhance employee awareness and compliance.

• Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses; propose preventive solutions.

• Monitor compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal HSE standards.

• Develop and test emergency response plans.

• Perform routine safety audits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols.

• Maintain records and reports on HSE performance metrics.

• Communicate health and safety performance updates to stakeholders and management.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Follow all Basatin HSE policies, legal obligations, and procedural updates from the Khidmah HSE department.

• Stay informed on all changes or additions to HSE protocols.

• Comply with Information Security Policies:

  • Attend Security Awareness Training.

  • Report security incidents properly.

  • Do not disable OS firewall/antivirus.

  • Use authorized systems only.

  • Maintain confidentiality and accountability for personal access credentials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Certifications such as NEBOSH, CSP, or equivalent are required.

• Strong communication and computer skills.

• Prior experience in the landscaping industry is preferred.
