Job Title: HSE Manager 

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced HSE Manager to join our team for a Villa/High-Rise Building Project in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing and managing the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs for the project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction safety, accident investigations, and compliance with local and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs for the Villa/High-Rise Building Project in Dubai.

• Implement and enforce Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and protocols across all project phases.

• Conduct accident investigations and provide actionable solutions to prevent future incidents.

• Coordinate and provide training sessions on safety procedures, regulatory compliance, and best practices.

• Ensure all project activities comply with local and international EHS regulations.

• Identify and assess potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, specifically in Villa/High-Rise building projects.

• At least 5 years of experience as an HSE Manager, with a strong focus on safety management in the construction sector.

• Degree or NEBOSH Diploma in Health & Safety or related field.

• OHSAD registration is required.

• Prior experience in managing Pre-Cast Villa projects is preferred.

• Contractor experience is essential.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Must live in Dubai or be willing to relocate.
