CSCEC Middle East is hiring an HSE Manager for a High-Rise Tower Project in Dubai. The role involves leading the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting internal audits, and implementing best HSE practices. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and experience in managing safety in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

🛠 Lead and manage HSE initiatives for the high-rise tower project
✅ Implement and update Health & Safety procedures in compliance with regulations
📢 Conduct training sessions and ensure staff familiarization with HSE policies
🔍 Perform internal audits to maintain compliance and identify risks
📑 Maintain and update incident and accident records, issuing non-conformance notices
🤝 Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure adherence to HSE standards
📊 Supervise HSE staff, assign inspection schedules and training programs

Job Requirements:

🎓 Degree in Health & Safety or Engineering
📜 NEBOSH certification (Mandatory)
🏗 10+ years of experience in HSE management, preferably in high-rise construction projects
