VINCI Energies is hiring an experienced HSE Engineer for an immediate offshore assignment in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role is for a 15-month contract, extendable based on project requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental management systems, particularly in offshore environments, and must be ADNOC Offshore approved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the Project-specific HSE Plan in alignment with company standards.

• Maintain and update the company’s HSE Manual and Management System.

• Drive HSE awareness and promote a safety culture across the workforce.

• Conduct employee inductions, safety alerts, toolbox talks, and coordinate safety incentive programs.

• Plan and execute internal and second-party audits based on ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015.

• Evaluate and audit subcontractors for compliance and performance.

• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance related to health, safety, and environment.

• Deliver internal HSE training sessions including firefighting, first aid, and lead emergency drills.

• Conduct safety briefings and inductions for visitors.

• Perform project-specific risk assessments.

• Lead or participate in incident investigations and HSE studies such as HAZOP, HAZID, and SAFOPS.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with additional certifications (IOSH / NEBOSH / ISO 45001 & 14001 Auditor).

• Experience: Minimum 10 years as an HSE Engineer within the UAE.

• Mandatory: ADNOC Offshore approval.

• Other: Only male candidates will be considered due to the offshore location (Island site).
