EPI, a leading provider of precision engineering solutions for Aerospace, Defense, and Oil & Gas industries, is hiring an HSE Associate Engineer in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role involves ensuring health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Assist in developing HSE Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines.
✅ Oversee safety measures on the shop floor and conduct HSE patrols, inspections, and risk assessments.
✅ Monitor and prevent hazardous activities, ensuring compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
✅ Investigate incidents and near-misses, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
✅ Track HSE Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintain HSE records.
✅ Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.
✅ Ensure ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 standards and Abu Dhabi OSHAD compliance.
✅ Verify and maintain firefighting equipment inspections and coordinate emergency response drills.

Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Education & Certifications:

• Diploma in Engineering or a relevant field.
• NEBOSH IGC Certificate (mandatory).
• Abu Dhabi OSHAD Practitioner Course (preferred).
• Training in ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 standards.

✔ Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in HSE roles within Machining, Aerospace, Defense, or Oil & Gas sectors.

✔ Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of safety protocols, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and contractors for safety compliance.
• Proficiency in HSE documentation, audits, and regulatory compliance monitoring.
