GEMS Education is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic High School Business Teacher to join their dedicated team starting August 2025. This full-time, on-site teaching position is ideal for an educator passionate about Business education and committed to fostering academic success in high school students. The role involves delivering engaging, interactive lessons based on the school’s curriculum, utilizing creative teaching strategies to develop critical thinking and a love for Business. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive learning environment, differentiate instruction to meet diverse needs, and participate in parent-teacher communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Business lessons aligned with educational standards.

• Implement creative, effective teaching methods that inspire and engage students.

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture encouraging curiosity and exploration.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor of Education degree or an initial degree plus a relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent) in Business.

• Proven experience teaching Business at the high school level, preferably within American or IB curricula.

• Strong knowledge of inquiry-based and hands-on Business education methods.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build meaningful relationships with students, parents, and staff.

• Commitment to continuous professional growth and delivering outstanding teaching outcomes.
