Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze HR metrics to develop recommendations that enhance organizational culture, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.

• Propose solutions for staffing concerns, employee motivation, and legal compliance.

• Develop short- and long-term HR goals and benchmarks based on thorough data evaluation.

• Present actionable insights and strategies to senior leadership for approval and execution.

• Oversee the implementation of new HR programs and initiatives, adjusting processes as needed.

• Act as a liaison between HR leadership and other departments to ensure seamless program rollout and adoption.
