Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Specialist (Recruitment & Talent Acquisition) to join our team in the UAE. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving talent acquisition strategies, supporting hiring managers, and building a high-quality workforce that aligns with the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with department heads to evaluate staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

Execute end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

Utilize job portals, professional networks, and ATS tools to attract top-tier candidates.

Conduct initial interviews (phone/online/in-person) to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities and candidate pipelines.

Coordinate interviews and job offers with hiring managers, ensuring timely onboarding.

Monitor recruitment KPIs and continuously optimize hiring strategies.

Uphold a positive candidate experience and support employer branding efforts.

Stay informed on labor market trends and compliance with employment laws.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR within a corporate or agency setting.

Proficiency in sourcing tools, ATS systems, and interview platforms.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple recruitment campaigns.

High standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

HR certifications (CHRP, SHRM, CHRM, etc.) are an added advantage.

Must be currently residing in the UAE.
