Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for real estate brokers in Dubai.

• Onboard new hires and support their adaptation process.

• Develop and implement HR strategies to build a strong HR function within the company.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on real estate.

• Previous hiring experience in the UAE is essential.

• Proficiency in English (B2–C1 level); additional languages are a plus.

• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and high personal engagement.

• Ability to represent the company brand effectively.

• Demonstrated responsibility, emotional intelligence, and conflict resilience.
